Mulder window frames replaced all our windows at the front last year. We already knew that they did a good job because several houses in the street were helped by Mulders. After contacting the sales team, it was properly measured with clear advice (thanks Frans!) and installed. The work was neat, the men very friendly and the result beautiful. A year later we have now also had all Velux windows replaced. This was done through a partner, again good contact, measuring and installed within a day a week later (!) with a clear explanation of the windows. We are very happy with the result and so nice to find real professionals. Thank you very much!

Came by within a week for a problem with a frame that they had not installed. Neat gentleman, punctual and really did his best to be finished within half an hour (despite it being a tough job). Very satisfied with the contact with the planning and the fitter at home. Clear invoice and normal prices. Absolute recommendation!

We had all the window frames replaced as well as the front and back doors. Unfortunately, it already started with a two-day delay due to sick technicians, but that can happen. Unfortunately, the technicians consult very little and try to complete the job as quickly as possible. Because they work in a hurry, things go wrong, such as a window frame falling down and damage being caused. Mulder has also not placed a waste container in front of the door, only a trailer on which the new window frames are placed, but the waste is also dumped on this trailer. It is not surprising that the new materials are damaged here. The positive thing is that Mulder does not run away from this, but after a number of visits he resolves everything neatly and the damage caused is also duly reimbursed and incorrectly delivered and damaged windows are replaced. All in all we are satisfied. It's just a shame how things turned out. If the technicians would have worked more quietly and a waste container had been installed so that waste and new material could be kept separate, and if the technicians would have consulted more, it would have been great. It was also a great pity that the technicians did not provide any instructions upon departure.
