We have had a beautiful sliding door from Marchal since 2003. The lock stopped working for some time now. One call to Marchal and a day later a technician was at your door, exactly as agreed. Problem solved professionally and for a reasonable price. Completely satisfied with the transaction!!!

BAD ASSEMBLY, BAD SERVICE, RUDE COMMUNICATION... NOTHING IS POSITIVE We have a 15 year old conservatory, the panels had to be replaced after hail damage Unfortunately, the old company stopped because the owner retired Ended up at Marshall After replacing the plates, they flew into the air during the first storm The insurer found poor installation and held Marshall liable For Marshall the opportunity to treat us and the insurance rudely, the bottom line was that they gave a damn about everyone who comments Ultimately, insurance covered the plates that were reinstalled by Marshall Then after 1 rain shower the leakage started from all sides After many phone calls, they came to have a look, did some screwing and caulking and we had to make do with that The leak continued and even got worse Had a new company come today....they were shocked by this montage! The plates have a clearance of 2 cm with the frame, they have sloppily sealed the cracks (WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED) and used screws through the plate and rubber to keep them in place (WHICH IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED) they asked who had delivered this because this was shoddy work When they heard the name they knew enough It's a shame that all the plates have to be replaced again, but at least it's being resolved now! NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY MARCHALL

What started as a quote for a conservatory ended in a complete renovation of the ground floor. The professional vision and recommendations are good and correct. It has really been a very nice collaboration and we are far from finished with this collaboration for the next phases in our house.

What a terrible company. They don't keep their appointments when they're supposed to come and measure. Then the boss shows up, and you wait a week and a half for a quote that never arrives. Apparently, they don't need it. I definitely do NOT recommend this company to anyone. And if you want to know something else and you get the boss on the phone, he'll cut the conversation short by saying, "Just come over and take a look." That's not how you treat customers! Ugh, yuck, yuck.
