Plastic window frames were installed upstairs and downstairs in January We are more than satisfied. Everything looks very nice and the work was done very neatly by two Polish employees. We were well consulted and the service afterwards was also to our satisfaction. This company is definitely recommended!

Very good service. 5 months (!) after installation I saw 2 spots on the glass that initially seemed to be damage. The glass would possibly be replaced. After service technician Jeroen came by for a final inspection, he determined that these were probably hardened resin spots. With a lot of patience he managed to remove them. Thanks also to Bernadette who helped me with understanding. Class!

Ordered 2 covers, little to no feedback. After 3 months (after contacting them myself) I am told that it is not available after all. #bad service!

Bought the front door, it took a long time before it could be installed, but you know that nowadays. Door installed, agreements regarding lock system were not kept, so a different lock had to be installed. Had to contact multiple times. Door had to be adjusted. Does not hang properly in the frame, causing there to be space between the door and the frame. There goes your insulation value... The mechanic indicated that he will order a new/larger rubber. As far as I am concerned, this is treating the symptom and does not solve the cause. Was an expensive door. Ultimately, we chose van der Vlught because the service and products were so good. Unfortunately we do not have this experience... We will see how this will develop further

My plastic window frames were installed a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the experiences and received a tailor-made quote. Well discussed about how I wanted it and the feedback went well because it is quite an investment for the coming years. Everything has been installed very professionally and works very neatly and the finish is really top notch. I can say I made the right choice. I am not yet sure about one part, but I have had time to think about it and have been given an alternative for it. Customer satisfaction is high and we hope for a solution. I can say top service
