Preferably 0 stars, but that's not possible! Report grade one 0! Payments are far behind. The service is in poor condition. I have been patient but that is over now. Constantly asking for money that you advance by charging at home and that is only paid out after months is really not possible. Finally received the charging costs for August at the end of February! I think we should stop leaving things at home because if this company goes bankrupt we could lose our money! When you ask to charge with a different card, you simply say that this is not possible. I don't want to hear what can't be done, I want to hear what can be done!

It's that you have to give 1 star to write a review. Preferably no or negative stars. Awesems installed a charging station in 2021, for some reason I only had 7kw as charging speed. That was due to the car, it was quickly said. After some additional research it turned out that the charging station was only mounted on 2 instead of 3 phase. Sloppy and before the complaint was taken seriously, an invoice was first threatened. After that it went well, until in 2024 the payments were slowly made later and later. Only after half a year did a message appear in the portal. After the update that a structural solution had been found and payments would be made before the 8th from then on, it went wrong again with the first payment. (read no payment). People are difficult to reach, the administration is not even reachable, only by email, which is not responded to. Callback requests are not honored. In short, I would definitely not do business with this party.
