Unfortunately not a good experience with this company. I would give a wide berth to this company. After 6 weeks the installation is still not completed. Keeping agreements is not Ruben's strong point. And apologies, whatever.

Simply great from start to finish! Clear communication at the beginning and good advice. Received a clear and precise quote and was able to make a good choice and by far the cheapest compared to the competition. After all the drama stories from others, fingers crossed for the installation, but that turned out to be completely unnecessary. The technician worked neatly, quickly and understood exactly what I wanted. The integrations with billing systems and the like are also well set up. Installation went super neatly and flawlessly, all in all I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the entire process.

Great experience with Laadpaaltotaal! From the first consultation to the final installation, everything was arranged perfectly. Ruben really thinks along with you and they deliver professional work. Even when a small problem arose due to my own mistake, they immediately helped and helped to solve it. Can't rave enough about the service. As it should be! Both Ruben and the technicians are very friendly. Would heartily recommend them to anyone.

Perfect service and well and professionally installed. Very positive experience with the gentlemen of Laadpaaltotaal and would recommend everyone to contact them. After good consultation with Ruben, the choice was made to adjust/renew the meter cupboard and have a charging station (Wallbox) installed on our own property. The communication is very pleasant and smooth with both Ruben and Nick who is responsible for the installation. Both gentlemen keep their agreements and think along with you and give more than good advice. I am therefore very satisfied with the service and the charging station solution.
