Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid 50Five If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with 50Five has been nothing short of appalling. Their customer service is practically non-existent— After multiple tickets (contact forms) I have not received any helpful answer or supporr, and despite multiple requests/emails and phone calls, no one has ever called me back or offered any real support to solve or help. Installation Issues: 50Five outsourced the installation of my charging station to a third party and provided no assistance afterward. When I ran into problems, they simply referred me to an app. Despite setting it up correctly, the station still does not charge my car properly. Payment Ignored: I paid via iDEAL for an additional data cable—this should have updated their system automatically. Instead, I’ve continued receiving payment reminders. I’ve sent multiple emails with proof of payment, including a screenshot, yet received no reply. When I submitted the contact form, I was asked for information I had already provided. Utterly unhelpful. Post-installation/invoice platform. Post installation information is very limited to non-existent (also on the website). Any user guides or manuals for the chargers are not helpful at all. I even had to call for the invoice platform because multiple versions are running - how should i have ever find it myself in this case The lack of accountability is outrageous. I expect a company to be supportive. The phone number is removed from the website, and I have to find it via google. The fact that no one calls back despite me leaving my contact details is unacceptable and frankly unbelievable. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable from start to finish.

This company does not care about his client and does not reimbourse the electricity loads with the domestic used electricity . I do not recommend to use this company and their system as they are not reliable and their helpdesk does not solve your problem when you ask and inform them. I have not been reimboursed for more than 7 months and they don't care at all.

50five took over Shell Recharge operations, I can only say that I received zero communication or support with my charging point. Just as many of my colleagues, it's a very bad experience. We thought the service would be better than Shell, but it's the complete opposite.

It's really waiting for this company to go bankrupt because this has got to be the worst customer service in the industry. The CEO personally told me earlier this year that they "would improve customer care". Solution? They just removed the telephone number and don't respond to customer requests. What a joke. To any potential new customer that might even consider this company, STAY AWAY.

As I retired recently and needed to switch my charging pass from the lease company to a private account, no one seems to take care of my request which I launch already in April. In spite of emails, online requests, many calls to customer service, the requests don't get treated and I am unable to use my home charging station now for several weeks. Even customer service does not know how to proceed to a final solution.
