I placed an order for a Charging station with Vattenfal in December 2024. I was unlucky enough to get GS Engineering to come and install it, only on 17 February (2.5 months waiting time). After the installation was done I had to get the "Netbeheerder" to increase the load on my supply from 1 Phase to 3 Phase. This was organised and done in less than a week. I phone GS Engineering again to alert them that they can come and complete the installation. I was told I'd need to wait more than a month for them to come and do a last little bit of work. They only have to switch the Charging station over to 3 Phase. That is it. I enquired a few times as to why I need to wait that long and was told on the phone that they WON'T SEND ANYONE OUT TO MY AREA AS I LIVE TOO FAR OUT OF THE WAY. So I need to wait before I can use my charging station. I would not recommend you to order a charging station from Vattenfal, and please don't let this company do any work for you. You are not a priority as a customer and you will be made to wait until it suits them.

To disconnect the garden, one earth leakage circuit breaker and four circuit breakers were to be installed for over €230. The technician (self-employed) was very helpful on-site: one earth leakage circuit breaker would be sufficient. This would be much less work and therefore much cheaper, he said. The result upon invoice was only €13 less. After emailing and calling, they were able to shave another €20 off. Conclusion: technically sound, but the (labor) costs could be more realistic. So, with "less" work, lower costs should also be considered, and not simply charge the standard rate.

Very professional installation of charging station. Friendly technician who is clearly proud of his profession gave good explanations. Ready in 2.5 hours. Communication agreement clear.

During the installation of our charging station, we are confronted with an additional cost of €1035 for adjustments to the meter cupboard. Adjustments that they could have estimated well in advance. We have provided all information in advance. Unreliable club. They were hired by VATTENFALL.

Messy. Poorly organised. Poor communication. GSengineering installed a charging station and reinforced my meter cupboard to 3 phase. The grid operator then connected the 3 phase and told me that the reinforced meter cupboard was not connected according to the NEN1010 standard. After the reinforced meter cupboard was connected, the charging station had to be connected for an additional charge. This was not included by GSengineering in the original, for me unreadable and incomprehensible, quote.
