In short points..because I don't feel like writing a long story here that won't be read anyway. Request and advice requested for their renodexx floor heating system in combination with pvc adhesive floor. the floor and heating were offered quickly, the only point was that more leveling compound had to be used to solve the unevenness of the floor. further no advice of "you have to pay attention to this" or "don't forget to arrange this" - despite leveling twice, the floor in my living room is not smooth. HOW?! and you only find out when the entire floor is already in and they can't do anything about it :( - the crawl space hatch was poorly tackled in the preliminary work and therefore has a height difference even after leveling it twice and is therefore not as expected.. I just threw a rug over it. - the zone control system took 6 weeks before it was properly set up - The system is extremely expensive so you do expect something from it... however, no sealant between the floor and the wall, no finishing profiles, no skirting board, bumps in the floor and then also a zone control that was not complete. The staff is otherwise fine and friendly, but the way this project went was just a bit frustrating. Next time I now at least know what to look out for and what I should arrange myself. Actually, I'm just disappointed.

Top company.. Fast and professional

Very dissatisfied. Poor work done, another company has to come and fix the mistake. I got the feeling that these guys had no idea what they were doing.

Een lekkende leiding onder de gootsteen moest worden gerepareerd en dat hebben ze zonder problemen gedaan. Ze kwamen op tijd, legden uit wat er moest gebeuren en repareerden het snel. De prijs was redelijk en sindsdien zijn er geen problemen meer geweest.

Ik had een verstopte afvoer die niet vanzelf wegging. Ze kwamen dezelfde dag nog, hadden het snel opgelost en lieten geen rommel achter. Rechttoe rechtaan service zonder onnodige upselling.
