De hele middag van alles geprobeerd de wc bleef verstopt, en het leek steeds erger te worden. Uiteindelijk verschillende rioleringsbedrijven gebeld. Of ze vroegen belachelijke prijzen of ze konden pas morgenochtend. Maar ja een nacht zonder wc???? Toen uiteindelijk M. Luik gebeld deze zou een collega bellen en als het te lang zou duren zelf komen. Binnen 30 min stond M. Luik voor de deur en heeft het wc probleem in 2 minuten opgelost. Hij zegt ik kan hier niet iets voor rekenen. Dat zulke eerlijke en aardige mensen nog bestaan echt top!! We hopen dat ze van slagroom taart houden?? Omdat deze onderweg is naar het bedrijf. Nogmaals Top bedrijf en hartelijk dank Robert en Nicole

Probably the best plumbing service around. Very trustworthy and professional. This should not be expected but they also speak good English!

Mijn lekkage aan de rioleringsbuis snel en adequaat opgelost; ondanks dat de kruipruimte geen ideale werkgelegenheid is, bleef de glimlach op de gezichten van de heren monteurs toch waarneembaar. Kan M.Luik rioolservice dus van harte aanbevelen.

Unfortunately, very bad experiences with Firma M. Luik Rioolservice Alphen. Called in for a blockage in our home. During the work they caused a piece of construction to fall (fortunately no one was injured) on top of the pipework, which bent and caused the main water pipe to start leaking. The technicians in question indicated that they could not do anything about this as it is managed by the grid supplier. A mistake can of course happen, and then it's all about how you solve it. Ultimately, the Liège company did not respond to repair the bent pipe and indicated that they had nothing to do with the fact that the structure fell over and that it was coincidental that it happened when they were working. Long story short, Liège company says; not our problem. It was pure coincidence that we were working there when this happened. Now, 3 weeks later, it also appears that the damage has not been resolved and the Liège company has indicated that it no longer wants to do business. Once again a missed opportunity to restore trust.
