Had a problem with a blocked kitchen sink so someone from Buunk came to fix and clear out the drains. First bill was €152. This did not resolve the problem so I asked them to come back and look deeper into the issue. The service guy did not have a camera with him so needed to come back. I signed for 1 hours work. He came back later in the afternoon and looked with the camera and diagnosed a bigger issue in 20 minutes and said he would need to ask the office to quote us for a repair the next day. I was very surprised to receive a bill charging us for two and a half hours work when he was only physically there 1hour & 20 minutes. When I called to complain they told me it was a standard cost for using the camera so why did they need to put on the invoice in was a 90 minute job and charged that time in parking when it took only 20 minutes?? Just in case they didn't rip me off enough they then added 2.5 hours parking when he actually parked on my driveway for free and to go a step further into ripping off a customer they charged €6 ph +21% BTW when the local parking charge is actually €3.50 ph!!!!! I had to chase up the office for a quote for a repair (bearing in mind the service guy never fixed the problem and our sink was still blocked & flooding) which tool a week to be them told they needed to send someone else to diagnose and would take another hour???? Seriously!!!! The first guy already diagnosed the issue. Then they expected me to wait another week for someone to come. Buunk did not resolve my blocked drain and I still have the same issue I started with. I just lost €432.01 to a company that ripped me off so would not recommend anyone after my experience.

Guido the plumber was the best! My sink was totally blocked and he worked hard and patiently until the job was done. He also cleaned everything and was very sweet with my dogs. I totally recommend his services!

Guido, the tall specialist from Buunk came to our house to inspect and fix a clogged sewer pipe. It turned out to be a complicated job, the problem was quite deep and stubborn, but Guido handled it quickly. We are very happy!
