Broken ventilation on the roof repaired. Impossible to reach, replaced old installation, very well done! Very attentive and nice plumber!

Very bad experience. Very unfriendly, rude plumber came by (other employees were very friendly), installed a shower head that was too small 'as a joke' which was only replaced after weeks, indicated that he did not want to take my agenda/meetings into account, it also takes months for the toilet sink to be repaired, constantly having to ring the doorbell for everything.

I've worked with Lenior for seven years; their skilled technicians usually do excellent work. Six or seven months ago, we had work done on our shower faucet (hot tub - not recommended), as the thermostat had calcified. Now, seven months later, the faucet no longer turns on and off smoothly. There had been a dispute about an invoice at the time, which was resolved promptly. Now that the problems are recurring, Lenior is completely unresponsive. In short, they have good technicians, but a lousy director who doesn't really prioritize customer satisfaction. Perhaps it's time for him to hand over the reins to his son.

Where did the time go when a receptionist answered the phone; did administrative work. As a company: you see bad reviews - then do something about it! You're not going to continue on the same footing.

No appointment required; first it has to be done by email, then by phone. At first they only want to come by the same day, I will be home when I call, so it has to be made by appointment for next week. I asked someone else to open the door in my absence, but they just didn't show up.
