Never ever this company... it's evening you open your bathroom door and out of your shower drain comes sewage water including all the shit water that is in it the washing machine speeds up the process and so I turn it off but now my daughter has to eat and I open the kitchen stall to rinse her bottle for her porridge and it looks like a sea monster wants to come out of the shower well you stop that too and call Niessink mind you the water from the drain continues and when it comes to my door it continues to my bedrooms these people just say yes for us no emergency call Monday but so if it's up to these idiots you and all your children will be sitting in the shit water on Saturday and Sunday no one can shower can't make porridge can't do the dishes and so your whole house apparently has to smell like their face. They apparently like to sit in the poop with their family so they let others in it too. The sad dirty disgusting guests that they are🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

People, never call this company! These plumbers are truly untrustworthy. In December 2019, they inspected my shower drain with cameras and found no leaks. I was happy because I'd had a leak for two years. They replaced the shower fittings and installed a new drain. No problem. Six months later, they demolished my entire shower and the shower enclosure that was there. Now I've had a leak for four days. They refuse to fix it. They'll only help me if I pay immediately. The housing association doesn't do anything either because the owner of Havensteder is the contractor, Treijtel. I've called this company four times already. When I ask for two compression fittings, they say they can't provide them. I have no water or heater, and no one cares. I'm renting for €853 a month. I could provide much more evidence, and this company is truly outrageous. On the phone, they pretended it was so bad. They came for the leaking toilet, but they said water shouldn't be handled by a plumber. Good ending.

Good help from Niessink, been there a few times because of a blocked toilet, then the sewer was adjusted, unfortunately blocked again, called and they came right away and fixed it. Nice and friendly plumbers

Retarded company that is what it is. My drainpipe broke off in the last storm sometime in late October/early November. I then contacted Havensteder and they referred me to Niessink. Once I contacted Niessink, I was told that I had to send photos to 1 or another 06 number. If I do that, I just get no response. When I call again, I get exactly the same rude woman on the line and she gives me a date. Now the technicians come, it turns out that my drainpipe can only be repaired with scaffolding. And I would be contacted for that. 1 week goes by and I don't hear anything, 2 weeks almost go by then I decided to call myself.. I get that guy on the line again and she indicates that they are busy with the planning and that she will call me back soon. I hear nothing again, when I call again I hear the same thing again. Now that I called Havensteder today, I was told that they will solve the problem before Christmas because there was no scaffolding. Is that my problem? You are a company, right? Pff, retarded company with a tokkie as a business card. Now that's nice.

Plumber Robert van Niessink Service worked on the pipes in the house below me on the ground floor on behalf of the Havensteder housing association. He saw that my water drainage from the kitchen and shower on the first floor was via a bend in the pipe and therefore often caused blockages. That is why he asked the client for permission to install a new drain towards the sewer for my home. That was allowed. So an improvement for my home while that was not even part of his original work assignment. Many thanks for this unsolicited service from Niessink Service!
