Accidentally locked myself out. Saw Kapiteit's van with a ladder on the roof. Called to ask if I could climb onto my balcony using the ladder. The mechanic was there within 5 minutes to help me. No further experience with the work, but with the fast and friendly help. Very grateful!

Apparently, the "busyness" at this company is a reason not to respond at all. Too bad.

I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. The technicians showed up for the first appointment completely unprepared, did not respond to emails in a timely manner and did not show up for 3 scheduled appointments. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend it as it seems very disorganized.

Last year, we had a rather complex renovation that required optimal cooperation between all participants. Kapitein was responsible for the bathroom, kitchen plumbing, and underfloor heating. Ben Lindeman and his team, especially Daan, completed all the work to our complete satisfaction, on time and within budget. This also contributed to the completion of our three-month-plus renovation on schedule. The aftercare also proved to be excellent, as a malfunctioning Grohe shower mixer was quickly and efficiently replaced two weeks ago, naturally under warranty. We have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with "Kapitein," particularly due to the approachability of Ben Lindeman and his team.

Send someone who is good at demolition, then says to put all the parts aside, but when repairing it turns out that not all the parts have been saved. Costs: over 70 euros. If you then call to ask where those parts are, you are called a liar. Never have those people over again. Bad response time (if you get an answer at all) and if they don't like it, you are a liar. Amateurs.
