Very good service! We had our roof leaking and several people tried to fix it, however they couldnt find the reason and the place of the leak. Jeroen had several scenarios to fix the roof, and he tried all different scenarios and he found the leak and fixed it! we are so happy how he investigated and how he fixed it with a reasonable price and with a friendly manner. I had been suffering from leakage for years that remained unresolved. After contacting this company, it was resolved quickly and neatly. Jeroen Lausberg first came by to see if and how the job could be tackled. Contact was very friendly. Appointment was quickly scheduled and the work was neatly completed. I will definitely call on this company again if I have a job that needs to be done

I gave roofer Jeroen Lausberg the assignment as a roofer to repair my roof from a starting leak. Initially a friendly man with a competitive price. He repaired the roof and placed an aluminum roof trim on the front. The work itself was fine, but during the drilling he badly damaged the bottom of the beam. This clown apparently does not know how to drill a hole in concrete. Was that the reason that he did not go through everything with us after the work and ask what we thought of the result of the roof trim. No, he skipped that phase because he had to leave in a hurry to return the rented scaffolding. The only thing he said: I'll send the bill. And ran to his van. While he saw us talking while we were looking at the roof trim. We immediately called about the serious damage to the beam. Jeroen immediately went on the defensive and indicated that it is normal for damage to occur during work. And he came up with even more nonsense and stupid excuses. What a low person Jeroen is, I have never experienced this before. He also threatened to take everything off the roof if the damage had to be repaired. What a service lol Damage can happen but what solution do you have as a company?? Will it be repaired by your company? Does the company offer a discount as compensation? Neither of the two options was negotiable with this man and even more so, NO APOLOGIES were offered. The bottom of the roof was already ugly, I got as an answer. Didn't want to speak to us for too long and his wife took over the conversation. How unprofessional it all is. After a difficult discussion, ending in an argument, he was prepared to offer a 20 euro discount via his wife. Of course I didn't accept that ridiculous offer, because in the Netherlands there is no construction worker to be found who will repair such damage in concrete for 20 euros. Keep your 20 euros. This man is too cowardly to say to your face sorry I damaged the bottom of your roof, no he makes sure he gets away quickly and on the phone he is a tough guy. More like a pathetic man, who does not want to admit that he is wrong. This is the reason that small companies stay small and big companies become big. This clown did everything he could to justify the damage. I am very disappointed in myself that I went into business with this small company. Next time a big company with a name and then I will pay a lot more if necessary. They would have handled it professionally and settled it. I would have rather paid double to a professional company than to this pathetic clown. He also came up with an excuse I already gave you a sharp price. What does that have to do with it. You determine the price not us. I already had my doubts when he came by to look at the roof to make a quote. He came by without a ladder. You see: friendly and nice but when problems arise, it is a stubborn pathetic man who does not want to take responsibility to save money. I also wonder if this clown repaired the roof properly. I don't think so, so I have the roof checked by a professional large company I WARN EVERYONE Do not do business with this clown Jeroen Lausberg!!!! CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE. Ramon

They seemed nice and helpful at first, until they asked for almost 500 euros for a small kiss where others would ask max. 150/200. That's when alarm bells started ringing.
