Contrary to all other roof repair companies, they replied to my request quickly. The staff was friendly and seemed competent. They identified and repaired the two minor leaks on my roof for a reasonable cost, all the while making sure to keep the house clean. The only minor comment I have is that their original quote was not consistent with the invoice (the hourly rates were different), but the final price was globally in line with what I expected.

Not a professional service. I had a water leakage in my bathroom (5m2) and asked P.H. Frauenfelder to fix it. In order to find the leakage they opened first the back wall to the bathroom and then the floor in the bathroom. A new waterline was put into the floor just underneath the floor tiles, so not very deep. I had to provide new tiles. Instead of 60*60 I bought 120*60. I got a complain from the company that the tiles were to large and they had to get a second person in with additional costs. So the tiles were placed just to find out a week later that they all were loose. The company came back had to remkove everything and damaged the new waterline. This time the tiles were glued correctly but not at the same height. I got a statement that the tiles were not perfectly flat, so it would be normal. Last but not least when they closed and painted the wall they painted it white contrary to the request to paint it in the same color of the other walls. Asking them why, I got the answer that they didn't know what color it was. I would never have expected such bad workmanship.

Never again this Company!!! Communication sucks, they breake things and dont tell. Instead that they tell everyday when they come and what they do, I had to call them to get the question... why what do we have to do? People came in and asked me what they have to do and if I can show them the plan... what I NERVER SAW!! When I see the results I'm more then disappointed. 4 of 5 points what they "Fixed" came afterwards again water out. For a maybe 5m2 bathroom, 4 weeks and at least 15 people from who not one mentioned their names. Bathroom is still not done and we dont get any calls back after we tried again to ask when they finish. Nothing is straight in the bathroom. Never ever egain this company!!!

This company would come by for a quote for replacing lead pipes. In the end they were unable to make an estimate, but they did charge more than €150 Beware of this company as they make you pre-sign for everything before they even come or do anything.

DO NOT do business with this company!!!! Have the drain between the kitchen and bathroom cleaned in May. After a few weeks the problem of constipation returned. When making a new appointment, people become angry that we 'keep throwing grease down the sink' and that pipes longer than 15 m cannot be cleaned properly. The pipe in question is no longer than 4 m and we don't even have a deep fryer. The gentleman thinks I'm contradicting too much and disconnects the connection.
