Blockage of all drains. Big problem with a 9 week old baby. I received this tip from a plumber. Just called and yes he could be there the next morning at 9 am. How nice! Send me your address because I'm in the supermarket. Oh that's good and I'll send a text. Next morning…no one. Called at 9:45. Jos answered the phone in surprise. Didn't know anything about it. After explaining who I was he said; yes, you also have to text it, texting is outdated. Now I don't have time anymore today. I was shocked; we have a big problem here. We agreed, right? Jos promises me that everything will be fine and will let me know what time he will arrive. I don't trust it and I still look for other companies. Rrs came by and the problem was solved around noon. Luckily I didn't wait. Heard nothing more. The next day at 3:30 PM I sent a text message saying I was sorry that I couldn't count on his word. I get back to that; no idea who you are...

Verstopte riolering. Na 3 weken geleden min of meer opgelicht te zijn door een beunhaas, vandaag Raaijmakers gebeld. Zeer snel en vakkundig geholpen, probleem opgelost en ook nog gezellige kerels. Topbedrijf. Kunnen anderen een voorbeeld aan nemen!

Called this company for a sewer unblocking. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the job to my satisfaction in no time. Had a good experience before (2018).

Ineens liep op diverse plekken in huis het water niet meer weg. Na een paar uur al geholpen door Jos Raaijmakers. Erg blij mee, probleem opgelost!

I feel utterly ripped off!!!! Just another company that thrives on you needing them, so they can just rip you off without any decency. We had a blockage, and they came quickly. Then they had to leave quickly because the blockage was worse than expected. They were supposed to dig a hole in the front garden to access the pipes. When I asked how much it would cost, it said it would be around €500...but if I dug it myself, it would be half that. So I dug a meter deep myself, which was quite disappointing, I can tell you. I called, and they came. They flushed the pipe from both sides, and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Then I received a bill for €506 instead of around €250 as agreed. So I called, but I was told to send an email. I sent an email. No response for ages, and they gave me a lame story. I emailed back again and never received a response. (just plain antisocial). Late responses to simple emails and not keeping my own appointments. Completely unreliable! Six months later, I suddenly receive a reminder out of the blue. My experience with this company has been quite unpleasant. I therefore do not recommend them and will share this experience with everyone around me. The money is in your account. Enjoy!
