I called the housing association who sent Mulder and he came to the conclusion that there is a blockage under the siphon and you cannot use the washing machine. This is an emergency. But if it overflows with water, I can call and they suddenly have people. This is very bad.

Called Van der Fields on Monday regarding problems with the sink drain in combination with the dishwasher and dishwasher, kindly helped by Kiki. Twice had a blockage that our sewer service could not do anything about. Called Van Der Velden, and the next day someone came to the house who found and fixed the blockage together with a colleague with a camera. Despite the skilled employees, not 5 stars, because: "no call-out charges but the hour starts when the employee leaves" (but did not want to indicate how long he is on the road) and asked if they could call when the employee was leaving so that we could take that into account. That was not communicated.

I understand that it can be busy at times, but when I read the reviews later, it doesn't make me happy.
