The company has provided me with maintenance/inspection of the central heating system. boiler was carried out and the boiler was incorrectly rejected (after investigation). The company rejected the boiler and offered me a quote for a repair of 900 euros regarding the replacement of the flue gas duct. This should be replaced due to new regulations and the screws present. After a 2nd opinion by another installer, the boiler was immediately approved. The boiler works excellently. The company refuses to consult and threatens to use a collection agency.
