Super service.

Patric is a true professional. His work is always in perfect order. Quality is very good. During our renovation, he came back from his holiday a day early to be able to make it. Now that's thinking along with your customer! During the renovation, he clearly indicates what is and is not possible. And what the consequences are. Patric is direct in communication, which is not an advantage for everyone, but I am happy with it. He uses a callback service. If you call the regular number, he will call back during the day. This system works fine, but you should not expect him to call back within fifteen minutes. It is a small business that does not have a separate telephone service, so you cannot expect more. He has a separate emergency number for disruptions that he always answers. We have been Patric's customers for more than 10 years and are very satisfied.

We have used Patric's services several times, recently for the extensive relocation and concealment (milling) of water and gas pipes for a new kitchen. He also installed a designer radiator for us. I cannot agree with the negative reviews at all; when we encountered a leak in our ceiling during our renovation, he was immediately available by telephone and was able to seal the leak in a very short time. Thanks to Patric's quick action, we were able to continue with the rest of our renovation. Admittedly, sometimes it is difficult to make contact for a new appointment, usually because of busy times.

E.mails are not answered. Finally made an appointment by phone for maintenance of the central heating boiler. Appointment at 14:00, called twice to ask where Patric was, no answer. Finally the gentleman shows up at 17:00. He was 'a bit' late due to a gas leak at another customer. Fine, that's possible, but let me know, I had more appointments that day. No apologies are made. Gives an indifferent impression. Customer friendliness is completely unknown at Patric Warmte Service & Techniek.

We are very satisfied with Patric. We came into contact with him years ago when we had an acute problem with our somewhat old CV when we came back from vacation and immediately fell into the cold. He helped us the same evening that we called him by repairing the problem and shortly afterwards he also installed a new boiler. I can also only be very satisfied with the periodic maintenance of CV/WTW in the years that followed (easy to make an appointment, good quality, pleasant to deal with)
