Bathroom renovation. Due to my wife's brain hemorrhage in September 2020, an adjustment to the existing bathroom was necessary during 2021. After contacting neighbors who had good experiences with Sanitair de Kempen, we called Frank Merkelbach and asked if he would help us find a suitable solution for the design of the bathroom. From the start, Frank was able to properly fulfill the wishes we had for toilet, washing and showering so that the advice of the occupational therapist from the rehabilitation center could be fulfilled 100%. We were always able to view the chosen solutions via a 3D drawing and the costs were immediately known. After approval of the quotation, the planning was immediately made. The work: demolition, installation of water and electrical pipes, tiling and finishing was carried out with clear agreements within the promised lead time. The quality of the tiling was more than excellent and the installation of sinks, toilet and the entire shower facility was also perfectly taken care of. It is also nice that Frank carries out the work with companies/people from the region. We like that. Our bathroom is now ideally furnished for us. Very disappointed with this case. Went to the relevant case and had an extensive discussion about drawing up a quote for a bathroom. Preparing the quotation was expected to take 2 weeks. After contacting me several times, receiving an excuse and empty promises, I am told after 7 weeks that there will be no quote.

It's nice that on the weekend you can just sit in front of someone's house and complain about something.

We are very happy with our bathroom. From the first moment we entered the showroom we had the feeling "this is going to be just fine". Frank Merkelbach took all the time for us and completely understood what our wishes were: beautiful and not too expensive. And that completely came true! After he had measured everything at our home, a beautiful 3D drawing was made. We chose the tiles and sanitary ware from the showroom. And then the demolition work, tiling, plastering and final assembly could begin, all carried out by excellent professionals. Minor setbacks were resolved immediately and professionally. We are completely satisfied and can recommend Sanitair De Kempen to everyone.

Positive experience with Sanitair de Kempen. Frank Merkelbach ensures proper planning of all activities that take place (demolition/plastering/tiling, etc.) What is nice is that Frank can handle the electrical and waterworks himself. In case of unexpected problems (e.g. cutting through a water pipe), Frank is quickly available to solve them. In the store you will immediately be helped with making a 3D drawing. It is a pity that you do not see the exact colors of your selected products in the 3D drawing (there is room for improvement). Nice showroom with numerous examples to furnish your bathroom. Very good price/quality ratio. All in all a positive experience with Sanitair de Kempen.
