Without consultation, they install a thermostatic tap for which they charge 260 euros, which you can find without really searching on the internet for more than 100 euros cheaper. What if I really start looking carefully? How much cheaper is the crane? Be careful with this company, they will screw you with dry eyes. And the administrative staff is very customer unfriendly

We have been trying for 2 months for an appointment to replace a drain against the shed. Made several appointments, went to measure twice, not really making any progress. Last Thursday an appointment and again without cancellation not shown up, sat at home for half a day for nothing. On Friday there was a message on my voicemail that they want to make an appointment to replace the drain....Today I call back to make another appointment and explain that I don't think it went well. Instead of any understanding, the lady on the phone starts talking over me and even lashes out at me! When I indicate that they didn't come on Thursday and only called on Friday, the lady says that's not true, just dismisses me as a liar. Ridiculous situation and I really think this is bad service.

I wanted to make an appointment again because the first time didn't work six months ago, but the lady on the phone line didn't even let me tell her what the problem was, she immediately sent me on with the excuse that they didn't have room at short notice (we didn't want the appointment at short notice either). She was very unfriendly. I think customer service is really zero and I certainly do not recommend this company.
