Never, again, I did change my toilet flush tank, OMG, I received a huge amount of a bill. When I took the appointment, I wanted to know what would be the expected cost, , they did not tell, and now we have received a huge bill that is very expensive, I can't believe it.its around 4 times what I had expected

I've contacted them multiple times via my landlord, they never called me from their own initiative (my landlord said they would call me), when I contact them i get short responses and no visit and no solution other than 'put a bucket under it" or "the boiler needs replacing". I have a leak for 2 weeks now and have been replacing buckets. Steer clear from this company if possible.

There was no service at all. Really need to avoid this company. We paid huge amount for the leakage and after 1 and half year, the leakage starts again.

Come by quickly, immediately pay 45 euros for call-out charges. Comes for a gutter and doesn't even have a ladder with him. Looks and makes an appointment, quote was supposed to be sent via the app, never received. Contacted the office several times and was told that a call-back request had been made, now I still have to call. The mechanic doesn't show up and the office just hangs up the phone and blocks your number. They are scammers, don't do business with these guys.
