An accumulation of problems with and by installation company Nobel has made me decide that they are no longer welcome at my place. Tidy and tidy, you would say, but nothing could be further from the truth. The maintenance of my central heating boiler and split-level air conditioning is now in the hands of a company with knowledge and expertise, but unfortunately they now have to clear the rubble at my home caused by installation company Nobel. It turned out that an electrical cable in my air conditioning had not been fitted properly, causing a short circuit and causing the interior of my air conditioning to smolder. See attached photos. The thought that I have had an air conditioner all this time that short-circuited, smoldered and could even have caused a fire makes my stomach turn and I write this Google review.

Requested a quote for replacement of central heating. You want to have this carried out by a local company. It wasn't even necessary in the short term, but in my opinion it was possible in the long term. Response Nobel, you are not a customer and we do not accept new customers.??

Addition dated March 21, 2023: After emailing back and forth and filing a complaint with Techniek Nederland, Nobel bv. still came up with a suitable solution. February 2023 I received the response below after I responded to a new invoice I received for a repair that had to be carried out for the 2nd time. The 1st technician had done a shoddy job. Anyway, Nobel BV thinks it is normal not to give a guarantee on a previously carried out repair that has not been carried out properly. It is easy to say that one mechanic is more skilled than the other. As a private individual, shouldn't you assume that a company with a quality mark will always send a skilled technician? Well, according to Nobel BV you also pay the doctor the second time after he has prescribed the wrong prescription the first time. Strange comparison. The solution for Nobel bv was that I could pay half of the invoice. And who will pay for my interior painting work for the 2nd time? All in all, much more costs due to tinkering by the 1st technician. I received no response to the email I sent afterwards. Complaint submitted to the quality mark. Response Martein Brand names Nobel bv. It may be that one technician is more skilled than another. In addition, almost a year has passed. We cannot guarantee repairs to an existing roof for that long. Suppose you go to the doctor for an ailment and the doctor writes you a prescription and it later turns out not to work, the doctor is still paid.
