Very good experience with this company on several occasions. Always in close consultation with the customer, good advice and work carried out very carefully. O.a. Installing a hybrid water pump, boiler maintenance, adjusting radiators on the water side. Neat work and nice (and certainly knowledgeable) staff

Friendly technician who did a good job. Then the invoice comes and you see that it took more than half an hour longer than it took. This would be the travel time, while the company is a few minutes' drive away. The argument: we could also have charged call-out costs or a higher hourly rate. That's right, that would be just as indecent, yes. If everyone does business like this...

We thought we had a leak in our house so I called Wijbenga installations because we have used their service before. That was always fine and the faults were fixed. Now we had a leak and I called. Not a word was said over the phone about costs and the website also does not provide information about hourly rates. Had a technician come and he saw that the problem was not with us but with the water suppliers. The extremely helpful technician was in our house for maybe 15 minutes after a short round and could leave again. The problem was solved by the water supplier and that was that. But now the invoice arrived. I saw the envelope and thought: fine, it makes sense that an invoice comes and I was thinking about a quarter of an hour's work and call-out charges. That couldn't be more than €40, I thought... The invoice said €85,- I called Wijbenga about whether a reasonable solution could be arranged for this instead of making me pay the hourly rate. A very understanding conversation followed but no goodwill whatsoever. I paid the bill but be aware that for any minor malfunction the full hourly rate will be charged.

Great service! Neatly received at 8 o'clock with a cup of coffee and everything was completely arranged. Fast service, very helpful with the questions I had in advance. Need a plumber in the Leeuwarden region? I say, call Wijbenga Installations!

Fantastic company! After a frozen water pipe and a lot of flooding in our holiday home, employee Bram quickly came by and helped us get everything done again and gave us excellent information on how to act from now on! Big compliments and I can definitely recommend this company to everyone!!!
