Experienced. After calling up, Dennis came out the next day (was not a urgent issue), he fixed my drainage problem and did some gas work. Respected our house, took care and cleaned up nicely. Very happy with the friendly and thorough service. Thanks!

Terrible company, stay away!! Phoned them up regarding a small plumbing job in my house. They couldn't do anything and are now charging me EUR 50. No prior indication was made on how much it would cost (and therefore we are not in an agreement). Now their position is that I called them hence I should pay. I refuse. PS Another plumber fixed the issue in 5 minutes (replacing a leaking seal) for half the money.

Bos BV unclogged our sink in March 2025. The plumber worked quickly and resolved the problem quickly. Good and fast service but incomplete information about the financial settlement in advance: 1. You do not pay any call-out costs, but the amount of time for transport is included in the total number of hours worked. I can work this to your advantage or disadvantage. It is not clear in advance how much time is required for travel (e.g. in the case of combination work at other customers in the area, delays due to traffic). Afterwards, it appears that the return travel time has been divided between us and another customer, which is very friendly (obviously not verified by us). Because travel time is included in hourly wages and not fixed costs, in urban areas, for non-urgent jobs, it should be considered to make appointments outside peak times. 2. You pay per unit of time for the plumber and for specialist equipment, separately. The owner subsequently indicates by telephone that personnel costs are i.p. are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and material to the nearest whole hour. Total costs for us based on: ~1 hour of work (20-25 minutes on location, the rest travel time) was 130.68 incl VAT (60 labor, 45 for flexshaft, 3 tools, the rest is VAT).

The service we received was fantastic. Initially, the problem seemed to be a blockage in the kitchen drain. Unfortunately, more damage due to age was discovered. No problem. When we reported a leak, they responded with "no problem." I won't go home until all the problems are resolved. And so it was. Technically excellent and a fantastic sense of service.

HUH? Didn't I already give BOS 5 stars? DONE. Good work. And reasonable prices.
