Very poorly managed company. They were recommended by my neighbor. I called them to get a quote about the roof leakage. I have to admit, that the employee that came seemed very professional, but that's the last positive experience I had. I was presented with feedback, whatn needs to he done and was promissed the quote within few days. It took almost two months and 7 phone calls to finally receive the quote. Every time very unprofessional employee promissed to call me back or send a quote but it never happened. I was like, listen, you were recommended, I want to be your customer, I want to pay you for doing the work, why you behave like this? Unbelievable, their answer was always false promise to get back to me. Finally when I spoke to the owner I got the response, but when I replied back asking for timing of the work and some scope changes I never heard back. With such attitude no new customers will come, I certainly will not. In the end, out of the blue I got the invoice for the visit that was to obtain the quote. I was never informed on any stage such visit will be billable, their answer? We need to pay employees wages. Well, maybe if you stop ignoring customers that wants business with you, you could afford to pay your employees. Stay away from P C Honcoop, I do not recommend this company, it's complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Our sink started leaking and I discovered that the siphon and wall pipe were completely rotten. Contacted Honcoop directly, but the phone was not answered (just during the day). Then just filled in the contact form. After 1 week I heard nothing, after 3 weeks I still heard nothing. Then someone else was called in and repaired the next day. Apparently this job is too small for Honcoop. Maybe true, but let us know. NO more confidence in this company at all. Shame!

After I called with the request to empty our septic tank they were at the door within 2 days! Everything was arranged well and quickly.

I had a blockage in April this year, they took care of this, but I also asked for a quote to have what their technician recommended to be adjusted, asked several times about the status of this, but I am still waiting. This summer it started to smell in the hallway, we had a major leak from the washing machine so we thought that was the cause. However, when the stench persisted, in mid-October the crawl space was opened again and it turned out that the pipe that was clogged in April was loose and all the tap water and dishwasher water was in the crawl space. Called PC Honcoop again and asked if they could come and take a look and repair it, called several times and would be called back, so I gave them the opportunity to repair this, but I kept being fobbed off by the lady who answered the phone, very disappointing and would not recommend it to anyone.

Scheduling an appointment is virtually impossible with this company, every time you call you get false promises that you will be called back. It took over a month to get a simple appointment scheduled.
