AK Service

We have done a renovation and AK service took care of our installation. Super happy that everything works perfectly. With certain questions I was helped well, and even in a situation where the fault was with another party, they handled this correctly. I understand that with large amounts of money there is of course fear whether this will be done properly. They were the only company that gave us the best advice for our renovation. So I can recommend this company to everyone.

In 2020, we received a quote for our converted space. We approved the quote. The boiler was installed and commissioned... but the problem started with them not being able to work with the "Wavin" water line, which was already in place when we received the quote. It cost me €150 to switch from Wavin to "normal" lines. But okay, it was winter and we wanted a warm house... so we paid for it ourselves... right from the start, there was a problem with the 0304 system, and it was something to do with the flow. AK Service blamed the underfloor heating installers, who told us it wasn't possible. They said they needed an outside temperature sensor... as a private individual, I don't know anything about it, but if the professionals say so, it must be true. So, AK had an outdoor sensor installed... I did get an extra bill for this... I still had a problem with the flow every 2-3 months... AK Service came around 5 or 6 times to fix the 0304 system. After 2 years and no solution, I was completely done with AK Service. €3000 for the installation and appliance for the CW6 boiler, plus another €500 in bills, and still the same problem. They called in a second party, explained the problem, and said they would check everything and charge me the first bill, after which the maintenance contract started... Another 2 months without any problems until I got the 0304 system again. …you guessed it, I received another bill…then called in party 3, they installed an extra air vent because I suspected an air bubble…another bill…and 2 months later, the same problem again…the boiler has now cost me over 5000 euros and the 0304 error is still showing…I hired a lawyer, 600 euros later and no result…AK Service denies everything…what poor service when something goes wrong for once…we are still experiencing the same problem every few months.

Top service from Ak, I had a water leak, I called and within half an hour they were here and solved everything. They made sure that no further damage occurred. I am very grateful to them. Hans
