Worst experience I could have had. Please be warned and think twice when considering working with de Bruijn. We called to have a qoute made for our leaking roof. They sent somebody for a repair (and not a qoute) that we have not asked for and they did not preform any repairs but still charged us 160 euros for a 10 minute wrongfull visit. Very rude communications after asking that this must have been a mistake. Having a qoute made for a repair should not imply costs unless stated beforehand. This has also been confirmed by VeBiDak branche organisation. I asked them if there were costs implied before entering the house, I was assured there were no costs but to our surprise 1 week later an invoice came with the following message that they cannot help us with the repair and no qoute will be given. Horrible experience all over. I would give zero stars if possible.

This company is a complete con. Unprofessional, manipulative and outright liars. DO NOT USE them. They will charge you for work not carried out and send people for the wrong job. We asked for a quote visit for work that needed to be done. This is one of 3 companies we asked to visit and no other company charged us for the quote. They then said that we had asked for a repair call out. Which was not true. And charged us for it. Even though we asked the worker on arrival if there were any costs involved for the visit and they said no! Following the receipt of an invoice for EUR 160 communication was very rude & very unprofessional. DO NOT trust this company, they will rip you off any chance they get. They confirmed with the invoice that they can't even do the work required and didn't even provide a quote, so just plain conned us. You've been warned.

I would like to inform you that the stains in the carpet after replacing a radiator were neatly removed by employees of the company de Bruijn. An explanation was also given as to why the radiator was placed as it is now. Greetings, on behalf of Mrs. Soeteman Alderliesten, Goudenregenplantsoen 375

Definitely not recommended! Price indication requested for moving water pipes and drains 50cm. Max 200 was told to me by phone. Finally got a bill for almost 600. Feel quite cheated.

Today we had a problem with our central heating, called De Bruin Warmteservice, a solution was immediately sought and a technician was delivered to our home address 1.5 hours later. We say, Top service, and thank you for the quick response and resolution of the issue. 5 stars 🌟 👋👌
