We approached this company for an assessment of our boiler. A technician was sent who unfortunately did not provide clear explanations and could not provide sound advice. Ultimately, the advice came down to purchasing a new boiler for €3,000. After this visit we heard nothing for a long time, until we received an invoice for approximately €85 for the advice. This amount was charged without prior consultation, while the matter could possibly have been resolved in a short telephone conversation. It was stated that no call-out costs had been charged. When expressing our dissatisfaction, little room was given for further discussion. Although the technician was friendly, he lacked a clear and well-thought-out approach, which means we are now left with the costs. When we indicated that we were seeking legal advice, reference was immediately made to a possible collection procedure. When asked for the name of the employee for our documentation, the response was initially reserved, after which it suddenly seemed like there was a possible concession. Although we may still have to pay the invoice, this experience has made us decide to no longer use the services of this company. We leave the further assessment to our lawyer.

A few weeks ago our boiler unfortunately died after many years of loyal service. Kupers provided temporary heat sources immediately and very quickly, and made every effort to install a new boiler as quickly as possible. Disconnecting the central heating in the attic and removing the geyser in the kitchen went very smoothly and neatly. Installation of the new CV also went smoothly due to the friendly technicians. At the end of the first installation day, the new installation was in use and we had heat and hot water again. The next day the last matters were completed, such as drainage and a flue gas measurement. Excellent information at all times regarding what time the technicians would arrive, and also excellent service for questions after the installation regarding adjustment.

Beautiful family business from generation to generation with skilled technicians! I only have my central heating boiler maintained by Kupers technicians! No sky-high prices after 5 minutes of work, but a fair price for thorough work!
