Absurdly high costs and does not work with quotes. Has already replaced sewerage at the beginning of 2024 for 1,100 euros. After a new blockage, it now appears that the well needs to be replaced and another 800 euros are charged for removing the blockage and between 1400 and 1800 euros for replacing the well.

After a very good and friendly conversation, I made an appointment, but didn't see anyone. I made a new appointment (everyone forgets something sometimes), saw no one again, and stayed home all day. Then I made another appointment (you're in dire straits after all), and they just ignored me on the phone. No one showed up again, and I spent another afternoon at home for nothing—after all, they don't call themselves. I'll find someone else who keeps their appointments properly, or just calls to explain the details. P.S. I hear they're a reputable company.

I have had very bad experiences with EEK Sewer Service. We had made an appointment for a visit, but the communication was downright poor. One of my employees waited for hours because EEK did not indicate an arrival time. In the end they didn't arrive until the end of the afternoon, and to my surprise they charged a full hour of arrival costs, while we are only 10 +/- minutes apart in Soest. For the service they provided, the bill of €95 excl. VAT was absolutely not justified, especially as nothing substantial was done. I cannot recommend this service. It seems that customer satisfaction is not on the agenda here at all. Please continue looking for a reliable sewer service company!

Even 1 star is still too good for Eek. Called on Friday, would be called on Saturday to see if it would still work on Saturday, otherwise it would be Monday morning. Didn't call on Saturday, but okay, then I had an appointment for Monday. Monday afternoon, nothing happened, called in the afternoon, was called at the end of the day. Called again at 5 pm, only answer is no, it won't work. What a sad service this is. They don't even have the balls to let a customer know. Never make appointments with them.
