Have used Etipar several times as a business customer, you can count on them when there is an emergency.

Very fast, friendly and knowledgeable help. Good service and solution-oriented thinking. I can recommend this company to everyone.

No transparency in sharing the costs, sending an invoice afterwards (without order confirmation). Saying they're coming when you have to take a day off and then don't come. Their prices are also up to 40% higher than their competition. And when customer service calls, they complain that you have not given them the order and that they are sending you a collection. Never experienced, if you say at least, mistakes were made let's do 50/50. All in all, not a pleasant experience with this company, I understand that more people have complained about their way of working.

My constipation was cleared. I have nothing positive to say about this company. Water tank was empty on arrival, this took an extra half hour to fill from our water tap to have enough water pressure. This is charged by the company to the customer. After contacting the company, it was said that the mechanic was constantly working on our blockage during those half an hour. Weird as we were there and didn't see this. Pricing was also wrong. Has turned out very expensive. I still believe that the company has quoted a price without VAT. This is not allowed to a private consumer. I will never do business with ETIPAR again.

Very professional, customer-friendly, careful and affordable. A few years ago a clogged toilet that was not properly solved by another unblocking company. Etipar thought along with us, there appeared to be two kinks in the sewer (we saw on the floor plan of our house). They solved the problem very quickly and professionally! Definitely recommend!
