WHAT A BAD COMPANY!!!!!!! contacted this company due to new construction house. I was told that I could only order new filters from them, in connection with the warranty. After some time I contacted them again where my filters remained. We will bring them their response shortly. After some time I contacted them again to say that I still have no filters. The gentleman couldn't understand that I was a bit angry and where my filters were. He then also canceled the order. without me saying a single word about it. I was angry on the phone, but I was respectful, just not grumbling anymore. WHAT A BAD COMPANY!!!!!!

Rarely experienced something like this, what a travesty. appointments are not kept, do not return calls and if you manage to schedule an appointment, you will receive a cancellation a few days in advance, in short, don't do it!!!

Does not honor annual maintenance contracts. Things went well for the first few years, although smuggling took months, so not per year but rather every 1.5 years. And have now called several times for an appointment and are fobbed off with checking it and we were stuck with Corona or this is the fault telephone if you call the number during the weekend. Apparently they unilaterally canceled the contract because it has now been almost 3 years since they last visited. So I'm going to look for a reliable address that comes every year. However, I have not received a bill either, but I just want what I signed for.

When I tell the company that I want my money back because they are not adhering to their agreement, they still have the nerve to say that this is the case because they are available 24 hours a day for breakdowns. What a scam!
