Due to problems with a leaking outdoor tap, I am placing a repair request on the Era Contour site. Because I am going on holiday and losing a lot of water, I call van der Horst after a few days and am then transferred to the Aftercare department. They promise to look into it and come back to it after the weekend. I call Monday afternoon and ask if they have a response yet. I'm told they haven't had time yet and will get back to it. Because I'm leaving early on Friday, I'll call again on Wednesday afternoon to ask how things are going. The man on the line is irritated and tells me that the warranty has expired and that they do not provide service to private individuals. I ask why I heard this so late. He says the issue has been logged by them on the Era Contour site. When I check, my complaint is still open in the system. If I complain about this by text message, the problem is still logged out. Now I can go after an expensive emergency repair by another plumber. This is very poor service from the Aftercare department.

Helped within 24 hours with a leaking shower WTW installation. The plumber gave a clear explanation of what they were going to do and where I could possibly go for the water damage. When leaving, he also clearly explained what exactly was wrong and what he had replaced (which was nice, considering it is not my field of expertise). Finally, we briefly talked about sustainability. Got an expert impression and the tips were useful. Thanks for the good help.
