Initially fine and customer friendly on the phone. Made an appointment to cap the gas line to our kitchen for a fixed price. Unfortunately they do not keep their agreements and there was no one at our door at the agreed time. They cannot be reached by phone afterwards either.. Very unprofessional company that does not keep agreements.

We have enjoyed working together for years. Craftsmanship is paramount at this company. We provide the underfloor heating and Bruinelobster repairs the pipes that are being milled apart for us. When we call, they always arrive within the agreed time. In short, a trusted and pleasant company to work with!

It took more than 3 months to renovate our bathroom and toilet. 6 weeks without a toilet bowl because Mr. Brown Lobster does not keep any appointments. He makes every appointment with a 'shame on the arm' and then doesn't show up!!. Mr Brown Lobster goes on holiday in the middle of our renovation, and then starts another (larger) job, and with us he came to finish things when he had an hour in between, but he could never say with certainty whether and when he had an hour. Ordered the wrong siphon 3 times for the sink in the toilet. And now that it is finished, it turns out to be a huge siphon that actually belongs under a large sink!... Rosettes to neatly finish pipes were all loose... the toilet seat is wobbly and shifts. In short, nothing good to say about Brown Lobster!!!! Don't do business with this company, it costs an incredible amount of negative energy

Very rude and unprofessional. Expect to be ripped off here. I called them to ask for a quote for installing a floating toilet. I indicated that I had already bought a new toilet. The gentleman apparently did not agree and immediately said that they would not start with that and that I should find someone else. So I am not allowed to decide where I buy my stuff and probably have to buy it from them for a much higher price. It cannot be due to the quality because he did not even ask about that.

My father was helped quickly with unblocking the sink. Appointment was made quickly and communication and work delivered was excellent
