Despite all the current problems, he is always ready for someone who needs him. Bullshit about negative messages. Enterprising people in the construction sector are scarce. So there is a workload, especially to find and have good staff.

Perhaps this company should change its name to "You make an appointment, Ron doesn't show up." We had made an appointment for an afternoon between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM. By car from Rotterdam to Maassluis where the repair would be carried out. However, no one showed up. Waited until 4:30 PM and drove back. Meanwhile called and sent text message but no contact possible. Called a day later and someone on the line: "Sorry, I don't know who accepted that assignment. Do it this afternoon at 1:30 PM"? Well, no, never mind, I'll call a reliable company. Apparently everyone takes orders and they don't know who does what. So chaos. My tip is to take a good look at the glowing 5-star reviews. Mi. all advertising-like texts (from acquaintances) that do not come from actual experiences with this company. But that is my belief. They are very helpful in helping old ladies who have fallen on their mobility scooter.

I also don't like the big cars with loud advertising. But after having another plumbing company come twice for a clogged drain with disappointing results, I still called on Plumbing Company Ron van Uffelen. It took them a week to get around to it, but it was worth the wait. Where the other company was unable to properly drain the drain, these (polite and neat) men first used a kind of vacuum cleaner. Then the spring went through without any problems and after half an hour they were outside again and the kitchen cupboard was left tidy. When I received the invoice and was charged for an hour, I called and was greeted in an extremely friendly manner. It was sorted out and resolved within a few minutes. So very satisfied and the next time I need a plumber I will definitely come back.
