I called this company because our water heater was not working properly. They came and repaired for 240 euros. They said it was all fixed and working fine. A few days later, the water heater stopped working again... I recalled them thinking that they would have some responsibility for a product that they have rapaired. They fixed it, but asked for another 140 euros. It is natural to expect a warranty if the problem is related to their initial repair. But they didn't. Overall, I don't recomend working with them. If you call their repair person, you never know if they really fix the problem. You may end up paying again for a second visit.. Very unprofessional and poor customer care.

They provide a reasonable level of work but way overpriced. They come with 2 people and they basically charge you double. I gave them a 2nd chance and they provided me again with a huge quote for a very basic job, so I asked how many hours where included in the job and then they did not provided me with the hours worked. So I would not recommend them.

I called them telling that I wanted to buy a new Ketel. They said they had to come to take a look and that it would cost around 80 euros. They came, tried to repair, charged me 240 euros, now the Ketel is not working again, and they did not respond my emails about the new Ketel I wanted to buy. Mean while I have no heater or warm water at home. Bought a new Ketel with another Company and unfortunately I paid 240 for nothing.

Very bad experiences with this company. Provided an estimate for certain work. It involved quite a lot of money, so no order has been placed yet, but first asked for a specified quote. After a long wait, a (poorly specified) amount arrived that was approximately twice as high as the estimate. We therefore did not continue with them, but we did receive a large bill, completely unannounced. There was nothing to talk about. So be careful!
