An extraction system has been installed in my home by this “company” on behalf of the manager of my home. My kitchen and bathroom had to be free for this. No problem, we'll do it. Then it must be placed somewhere else. Not a disaster either. What is a bit more annoying is that the person who moved my cupboard could not report that it was broken. And no, this couldn't be overlooked, especially if you've been in the same room for 4 hours. It was also left super dirty. I have never had a company visit that did not tape off its workspace, or at least tidy things up with a cloth.

This company is highly recommended. Last May, the fitters of this company, Martin and Etienne, installed my new central heating boiler. The men were on the doorstep at a quarter to eight and got to work immediately. The old boiler and the roof duct were removed in an expert manner. The new boiler was hung up properly. The pipework was connected, including a dirt separator. After the boiler and new roof duct were installed, the new room thermostat was mounted and connected. A carbon monoxide measurement was carried out, the gas pipe was pressure tested and the pipework was checked for leaks. The boiler was then checked for operation. This was followed by an extensive explanation of the boiler and the operation of the room thermostat. Then everything was neatly tidied up and cleaned. My appreciation goes out to the craftsmanship and the way in which the work was carried out as a whole. Both men are very motivated, show love for the profession and have understanding for the customer, so Martin and Etienne, well done, chapeau!

Response to Neeleman's answer: you have indeed carried out assignments for me. Perhaps your memory is failing you? I already try you 2! Can be reached for weeks, but you are completely unreachable. Has already regularly installed products that were broken within the warranty period. Neeleman takes no responsibility at all. They are unreachable by telephone, but you can wait 2 weeks for an answer by email. And then nothing is arranged.... Rarely have I experienced such a bad installation company
