not encouraging!!!!!!! ...several times they send the same bill to pay, I just went there and they didn't send my money back. Now there was a problem and they didn't even come out because I know they didn't transfer my money back and they should have worked for free.

My neighbor recommended Lacor because they're a good and reliable company. I had a new septic tank installed by this company, and they were indeed professional. They worked hard and connected everything correctly and expertly. Immediately after the installation, we had a sewer smell in the garden. When it didn't go away, I called Lacor again. The operator scheduled an appointment, and two other professional men came by for a smoke test. The problem was found immediately, and these men fixed it. Another very positive experience. For now, I hope I don't have to contact them again, but if anything happens, I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with this company. Called today because the toilet, the drain of the shower and the sink were clogged. I called around 22:20 and less than half an hour later someone was here. A very friendly young man who had to do several things to get it resolved but after about 45 minutes it was resolved. A new appointment still has to be made to look in the pipes with a camera because that is probably where the problem is but I should receive a message about this early next week. So far very satisfied with this company. Keep up the good work!!!

Lacor was quick to help us. Between calling and the technician appearing there were only 45 minutes, and that on a Saturday! Quickly helped, problem quickly solved (and explained) and everything was left neat. Everything was well arranged.
