Keeps you on the line. “Not convenient now, call back” then you call back and have to send an email with photos and you don’t hear anything anymore. Even another email is not responded to. So don’t fall for it, call someone else right away.

To repair roof damage I used P.H. ALREADY contacted. He was available the next day and replaced the roof tiles quickly and efficiently. He also gave good advice about the condition of the roof. He was kind and patient. The price was on the high side. The call-out fee was quite high even though we live a 2-minute walk away, and the hourly rate is also higher than other roofers.

The faucet and boiler needed replacing. It wasn't supposed to be done for about two weeks, but the job was done in four days. Fantastic! I'll definitely recommend Al to others.

During a major renovation, the plumber seemed to do everything right and finish on time. But in hindsight, things turned out to be a bit more complicated. After the project was completed, it turned out our bath faucet had the hot and cold water connections reversed. And because it's a standing faucet set into the concrete floor, there's nothing we can do. Now, two months later, the bath is draining onto the floor. What do you know? The drain was cobbled together with a hodgepodge of adapters and rubber sliding sleeves. One of the rubbers was so loose that it could be easily slid on and off the pipe. So every time the bath drains, it gets a little nudge, and after two months, it's off. It happens sometimes, of course. I called on Thursday. "I'll check with the employee." I expected him to be there that evening to replace the compression fitting with one that seals properly. Heard nothing on Friday. Called again. More consultation. So, I called the employee himself, because we still haven't heard anything. He (naturally) returns it to the shop's owner/manager, because he's visiting a customer. Call again and send photos. The shop's owner doesn't respond, even though I sent the email immediately afterward. Thanks, but we've since fixed it ourselves. You can buy adhesive sleeves at the hardware store for €1 that actually do what they're supposed to do: hold a drain in place.
