At the beginning of July, I requested a consultation and quote for underfloor heating via the Gisa website. A week later I contacted them by telephone, as I had not heard anything yet. My application had apparently been forgotten or left behind. Fine, it can happen. The advisor/technician who subsequently came to the appointment had insufficient knowledge to immediately answer our questions. After 10 minutes he was out the door again and this conversation did not give us the feeling or confidence that we were dealing with a professional party. He promised to return to our questions after a week and send an initial draft quotation. It is now 4 weeks later and I have not heard anything from them. Unfortunately, not such a good experience with this company.

At the end of January 2022, I contacted Gisa by phone to re-cover 2 dormers (Ruiter) (bitumen). I was told by phone that I had to fill in a "post a job" form via their website. I did that immediately and after waiting 4 weeks I have not heard anything from Gisa. The reason why I chose Gisa at the time is because they also specialize in AIRCO installations. Because I have an outdoor split unit on a dormer. My job will soon also be carried out by another installation company that also specializes in AIRCO installations and roofing.

I don't like leaving negative comments online, but I do want to warn you about this company. After the work was completed, I received incorrect invoices with unreasonable hours listed: 8 hours listed compared to a maximum of 2 hours worked. Even when I checked the material costs, the prices were exorbitantly high compared to the hardware store. In short, think twice about doing business with this company.
