Had a skylight blind installed and I’m very happy with the result. Excellent workmanship, fast and clean installation. Highly recommended!

I received an indicative offer for 757 eur (432 eur for the rollershutter and 325 eur for installation on the 1st floor). Then I paid 80 eur for the on-site measurement. The final offer was higher by 225 euro due to transport (50) and scaffolding (175). But these 2 things were perfectly foreseable from the beginning and should have either be specified in the offer or I should have been warned about them when setting the measurement appointment (in which case I would have declined the offer). The house is a standard house so height of the 1st floor is not a surprise. Transport is also known. There is no indication on the website that the price for installation could be higher than 325 eur for the 1st floor. This indication exists however for the 2nd floor, so naturally I assumed that the cost for installation on the 1st floor is fixed (see picture attached). The company is very rigid and will not back down about the scaffolding, although they do ackowledge that transport should have been included in the initial offer. I wanted to cancel the order, but they will not reimburse me for the 80 eur I paid for measurement (which took 30 seconds btw). I am taking this to the consumer protection agency, curious what they think.

They did an amazing job installing my window blinds! They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The blinds fit perfectly, and the installation was precise and clean. Excellent quality and top-notch service—I highly recommend them!

Before and after, my wife finds it very ugly, but I find it super practical. Quick measurements and installation and delivered reasonably quickly too. 5 stars!

The roller shutter was delivered reasonably within the stated expected delivery time. But no delivery date was given, luckily I was home at the time. So that is a big negative point, because what if you are not at home with such a large package? It is a small effort to send a message that the roller shutter will be delivered. Slats are then sent to replace a few dented slats. These are only sent about 5 months later and are unexpectedly on our doorstep again. I don't know anything, so I'm not home. Afterwards I see the delivery person on the camera saying: we drove all for nothing. Yes, that's what you should tell the roller shutter factory because they don't bother to send the customer a message. Fortunately, I also saw via the camera that the package was taken to the neighbors, because no further note was left, so I had to guess what had happened to it. Conclusion: roller shutters are as described, but subsequent delivery time and communication about delivery day are extremely poor.
