Ended up at Nelson through someone else. In our new home we wanted a wardrobe, a cupboard wall with built-in dryer and washing machine and a cupboard wall with a desk in two bedrooms. We were invited to the factory with showroom. We took a seat in an armchair with a large screen in front of us. All our wishes were visualized in 3D on the spot. You will then immediately be told what the costs will be. If you reach an agreement, the next step will follow. we quickly came to an agreement. A measuring appointment is then made. The same person who made the design also comes to measure. So he knew exactly what we were talking about, very nice. Measuring is done very accurately with professional equipment and many photos of detail points where the installation should be done. The final drawings followed a few weeks later. Here you will have the opportunity to make adjustments. We made some minor adjustments. We continuously try to fulfill your wishes as much as possible. Once the drawings are final, preparations for manufacturing start. The installation appointment will then be made a few weeks later. With 3 people they installed everything in 2 days. Craftsmanship! Some remaining points were completed within a week. We are very satisfied. Short lines, quality material, customer-oriented and the same point of contact at all times. After all, building is expensive these days, customization does not make it cheaper, but the piece of craftsmanship that is delivered is more than worth it.
