In 2021, we modernized our 50-year-old villa and replaced the old gas fireplace with a Brunner wood-burning stove. It was quite a challenge, but ultimately, it was a success. Looking back, we are very satisfied with the advice and technical execution provided by Haardencentrum. The fireplace fits perfectly into our interior, and we enjoy the warmth and homely atmosphere it provides almost daily. Now, three years later, the chimney cowl turned out to be rusty. After contacting Haardencentrum, they replaced it with a completely new one within a few months. Haardencentrum didn't charge us for this and didn't hesitate for a moment. Truly excellent service. very bad advice!! Indicated several times, even sent photos that we wanted a heating grate. Eventually the person in question could see on the photo that a box had to be added while nothing could be seen of it, we did not ask for it but it was still foisted on them. The response was then keep the box maybe it will break next year? We are glad that we did not have a mechanic from them come, cost € 100.00 call-out fee and € 100.00 installation. While it is a 5 minute job.

We're thrilled with our new wood-burning stove. We were nervous, because besides the installation, it's a significant investment. Six months later, we're 100% satisfied. All expectations have been met, and it was more than worth the investment. We received professional and friendly advice, and the men installed a beautiful and solid system. They also provided helpful advice afterward. We're a critical bunch, but there's nothing that's not perfect. We're absolutely thrilled with this wood-burning stove!
