Werkspot model is really toxic. It makes both traders and customers angry. 1. Traders are paying for phone numbers of the customers. A trader called me to tell me he paid 30 euros to get my number and was expecting me to accept his company. Why on earth? 2. The customers are harassed by the angry traders because they pay for the phone numbers. They loose money if the client doesn't go forward. HELLO? Why would the traders pay for a phone number if the job is not being done by that trader? Or was this trader just lying to me? It's my first experience with this platform, and I'm floored by the negative experience. Most traders reviews are probably fake. It's a deeply toxic place.

Hello. I have been using werkspot as a professional for over 4 years, it responds to customer orders and in most cases there is no answer at all, either the number does not respond or is unavailable, I pay for providing data to customers over 300,- per month and I only have one customer, before it was completely different, much better. Now this portal is one big scam, I do not recommend it, I am very disappointed with your scams, I suppose that you yourselves post ads to rip us professionals off. I do not greet Karspel Group B.V

I contacted a plumber to fix a toilet flushing issue. He came here, he ruined the flushing system completely telling me that I need to wait for 30 minutes for the tank to fill in with water. I called him telling him that the job wasn't done as the flushing is not working and all the water is going to the toilet instead of the water tank and I told him that if he does not fix it I will leave a bad review. He then came and gave me half of my money claiming that the rest is the time he wasted and that he "knows where I live now". I contacted werkspot to complain about it and they told me leave a review for the guy. How am I suppose to leave a review to a complete stranger that threatens me that "he knows where I live"? Werkspot has collected so many scammers, they are not reliable. Better ask your friends/colleagues or even go to a professional company and pay more and have peace.

A very bad and toxic platform for professionals trying to get assignments. You need to pay money to receive a possibility to connect with a potential client without a guarantee you will get an assignment. Sometimes clients themselves request a contact with you without even intending to chat about the project and you have to pay for this too! It is literally a money drain without any result ..

The contractor didn’t finish the project, abandoned with my house keys and left structural issues that needed another company to come in and fix. I claimed warranty on the brand new renovation, but Werkspot didn’t help. Their involvement went as far as sending an email to the contractor and their advice “sort it yourself with your legal support”, they have no power over the contractors. I won’t be using the Werkspot service again, apologies but cannot recommend.
