1- You shouldn't be here! 2- Wasting your time. 3- money-wolf sun protection is a better name. 4- Stick to the line and don't keep agreements. 5- Let yourself be seated. 6- Dead beat!! The company is run by 2 brothers. The one in the field is ok. But the office staff, who does the administration and telephone, is lax and cannot be trusted at all. I thought the quote was high because one part was priced very expensively. This can be purchased on the internet - even for private individuals - for 165 euros. (in terms of purchasing this will be 125 to 135 for companies). But I had to pay 280 for it at Wolff. I asked why is it so expensive with you? The answer was: “I want to be able to make good money from it”. (Actually, this was already a big red flag, but I thought ahead). a) Then later called for an appointment based on the quote, but that was not possible at that time. I would be called back in 2 weeks. The excuse was: “the weather is not good”. b) After 3 weeks I had not heard anything so I called again. The weather had been beautiful for 1 week and I wanted to know how things were going and whether anything would happen. “What is it about + Oh yes, I will look for the quote and we will call you back”. c) Another week later and nothing was heard, but an email was sent. After 1 week no response to the email. d) Then called again. Again a lot of excuses and always the same man on the phone and the familiar story... you get a call. It was now: “Yes, this and that and I have also been ill”. Ending with: “I'll call you back next week.” e) It's starting to get monotonous and you guessed it... :-( I didn't get a call again... (and that didn't surprise me). Sad! Waiting for 6 weeks and being kept on the line to come to the bitter conclusion = unreliable. It has now been 2 months and 0.0% results, not even 1 phone call or email with text or explanation. That will never happen again. Why they act this way - or rather a lack thereof - is beyond me. Even 1 star is actually not worth it... because it is 'deadbeat all over'.

Came out as the best for us based on the other quotes. Good communication, clear and perfectly delivered!

I have been trying to get my awning and roller shutter repaired for 6 months now. At first they came by quickly for a quote, but then it remained quiet. I receive no response to the email and after every telephone contact (8 times) I am told that I will be called back. Unfortunately still no call back. Get a pointy head about it. Please call me back!

Been trying to make a repair for over a year now. Parts are in house. Promises and commitments are not kept. My initial satisfaction with this company is completely gone. This company supplied me with 5 screens and a sunshade. Delivery went well. But now that a repair needs to be carried out, they are not at home. I will be moving to another company soon. De Wolff is definitely NOT recommended. Providing service is also part of it.

Been trying to get a roller shutter repaired since January 😡😡😡I once sat at home all day but didn't see or hear anyone, then called, left a voicemail, left a message with someone, sent an email, NEVER HEARD ANYTHING AGAIN, Always been a customer, be honest if you don't want to or can't.
