Very happy with the overall service and product. The company answered all my questions beforehand, took measurement at the agreed time. Once the order was placed it arrived far sooner than I had anticipated. The delivery and installation team were on time, did their job very professionally and quickly. The team was polite, and installed my product exactly as I wanted. The product itself seems to be of very high quality. (installed nearly 1 week ago). Follow on questions that I sent were answered quickly and positively.

Great service! Van Zanten sun protection was there for me from start to finish. Fred actively thought along with me and ensured that everything (sun blinds and pleated blinds) hung beautifully. Not only Fred, but his entire team works carefully. The information about delivery is clear and the invoice is taken care of down to the last detail. After a day of hard work, everything is left tidy. All in tip top condition.

Good contact with Fred. Did everything to deliver the duettes in the short term. We didn't have to pay anything, got the invoice after installation. His employees installed them neatly! In short: reliable and nice business!!

This is in response to Mr. Bakker's review. We offered Mr. Bakker a product that just fit between the window and the air conditioning. Due to the space. When installing it turned out that the profile went against the window handle. We solved that a day later. Mr. Bakker was not satisfied. In our opinion, that problem has been neatly solved. It is just a shame that you accused our fitters of a break in your window, while this was your own fault by sticking aluminum foil on your window and thus a thermal break occurred. You called us back later to offer your apologies.
