Marieke has been a great contact / support / problem solver for us. The repair team (mainly Rick and Jeffrey) is honest and fair about the potential solution and possible cost. They’ve repaired one sun blind on the ground floor, and told us about what could be best possible solution on the one upstairs. When time was critical to repair the one upstairs they made it happened basically overnight. It’s without words to express how grateful we are to this company! Today we once again received great help from the team at Ambiance Zonwering Bakker, they are always ready to help you and solve everything quickly and professionally, compliments to both the technicians and the office staff!

I made inquiries by phone for a Somfy remote control, the Situo 5 io Pure II. This would cost 90 euros. On location it became 96 euros. I understand that money has to be made, but asking for approximately 10% on top of the recommended retail price of Somfy itself is asking for a nice review. Elsewhere approximately 60 euros. It's just that I was already there and had to move on quickly. What money wolves and disrespectful to the customer. I'm still up for a sunshade but that means shopping elsewhere. The motto is to go around it in a wide arc.

Good service, skilled technicians and good communication. We received good advice and assistance in the showroom where an extensive range is available. The staff is very friendly, thinks along with you and takes the time to help you. The installation went as agreed, and the technicians explained everything about the sun blinds to us.
