I have been searching for a house for 3 months though many rental agencies and from 100 (if not more applications), Gruno Verhuur was the only one that arranged the most viewing and helped me and my friend find rooms in the same house together! Highly recomand.

Rented an apartment for university for my daughter.6 month contract. Needed from end of August 2024. Stated it must be from 1 July even if its to be empty until needed with full rental required per month. She arrived there on 27 August 2024. Apartment handed over in uninhabitable state. Images show the state of it. Tried to resolve with them. Email by them to me states the unacceptability of the apartment by them. Refusal to repay deposit without looking for a new tenant first.

Recently moved out from one of their properties, and it was a nice experience. Thank you. got another viewing before this one, so I think it is fair enough chance for internationals. damage/repair reporting using the website portal is a nice system (you may need to ask for the login info though, they were not emailing me before I ask). quite responsive to our problems (we had heating problems and they provide us with portable heater before technician come to repair). the deposit also returned quickly.

The worst, run away!. Not to mention their horrible housing service, I wait for almost 2 months for getting housing deposit back with a lot of me trying to call and mail, and i got only one reply and still not get it. If I haven’t reach them, they definitely gotta take advantage of it(of everything).

Unfortunate that you cannot give 0 stars. The company with the WORST communication in the entire world and if you don't believe me just check couple of more comments and you will see it to be true. RUN, RUN, RUN if you see anything related to Gruno. They do not care about their tenants at all. Their simply goal is to take your money and satisfy the "landlord" (the person who owns the building). Expect poor treatment.
