Dave and son Kiro have already solved an annoying leak several times. Everything was arranged perfectly and Dave and son very professionally carried out the detection and resolved the problem. Everything was checked thoroughly and I was not afraid to take anything with me that was indirectly related to the problem. More than satisfied with these two friendly professionals. A big compliment.

House is for sale, but then a clogged sewer is not an asset. Despite the crowds, VHG Zuid has still found a place in the agenda. Dave then helped us expertly and detected and resolved the problem. House has now been sold. 10 points for the service.

After a leak in my shower, I was referred to this company by my insurer. Unfortunately, I can only conclude that my interaction with VHG South was far from satisfactory. At 11:08 am on May 16, I received a call from a technician from VHG Zuid, after I had to deal with a leak in my shower. I agreed for him to come over and at 12:27 am two mechanics showed up at my door. Although I was aware of his arrival, I had expected only one mechanic to come instead of two. The inspection of the spill took only 13 minutes, after which I signed at 12:40 with confidence that everything would be handled properly. In retrospect, I realize that it was a mistake not to read the terms and conditions before signing. However, on June 3, I received a shocking invoice of € 413.61 from director Huug Schroën. This amount seemed disproportionately high for an inspection of only 13 minutes. I immediately contacted the director to get a concrete explanation of the costs and how they arrived at no less than 4 hours of work. In addition, I had not been informed that I would be charged for two technicians, which I consider a deceptive practice to unnecessarily increase costs. Although the principal eventually took the cost of the apprentice mechanic off the bill, I found his communication somewhat disappointing. He called this gesture "accommodating", which made me feel like it was just a superficial solution to keep up the appearance of customer friendliness. All in all, my experience with VHG Zuid was unfortunately disappointing. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and that VHG South will take steps to improve their service and billing practices. It is essential that customers are clearly informed about the expected costs and that there are no surprises after the service has been performed. I am sorry to have to share this negative experience, but I hope it contributes to the awareness of VHG South to make the necessary improvements and better serve their customers in the future.

Very happy with the fast and good service from VHG. Shortly after the first leak, a second one occurred and with a family with two small children it is difficult to be without water for a number of days, so fortunately someone was able to come the same day to quickly repair the second leak. Thank you so much Dave and Kyro! You are life savers.
