Taken off work for placement, they didn't show up. Then I was able to call them myself because they didn't let me know about the cancellation until I called them a few hours later. Then she scheduled a day (2 days later) when I had to take time off again and so I couldn't. And then they said yes, please or not, otherwise we won't be able to go again for a few months. Scandalous. Not one excuse and no compensation given. This happened 3 years ago, hope they have made progress on this.

This morning (28 May) sunshade placed at my daughter's in Rhoon. The boys were well on time. After hanging the screen we discovered that it was hanging too low. (Not Wullems' fault) This was due to placing sliding doors later in the year. Asked if they could hang the screen higher. It was a lot of extra work. That was no problem. They were professionals. Big compliment to Wullems for this service. And to these fitters!!!!!!

Two friendly men came by, installed an electric roller blind and an electric awning within 2 hours, tidied everything up and left. I give a 10/10, absolutely recommend it.

Purchased an awning of almost 6 meters wide. The showroom staff were friendly and helpful. Clear agreements were made regarding measuring, hanging, and payment. The measuring was later done by someone from Wullems. On the agreed-upon day, a team of four people came to hang the awning. Everything went well, and the awning hangs beautifully (now all we need is the sun...). One point of criticism: in the showroom, it was mentioned that, given the 6-meter length and 3.5-meter extension, a center support was necessary. According to the person who took the measurements, this wasn't necessary and two supports would suffice. At the start of the work, one of the men said the center support was necessary. However, in the end, it was hung with two supports. This could have been made clearer.
